Image usage terms

Images and documents are sent to businesses on request, at contact@vypersvapes.com.

Vypers Vapes may ask for an image published in breach of these terms to be removed.

The images are for presenting Vypers Vapes products on the retailer’s own channels: shop, product pages, catalogue.

The retailer must not retouch, recolour or distort the product, its engravings or its logos.

Cropping is allowed provided the product remains whole and legible.

Each retailer uses the images in line with the regulations that apply to the medium and the country where they are shown. In France, any in-store display stays inside the shop and must not be visible from outside.

Campaign images must not be republished publicly in the European Union, or in any other country where such advertising is prohibited.

Any text that goes with the images follows the same rules as this website: no claim prohibited by law, no message aimed at minors.

Logos and the monogram are used as supplied, with no change to their shape, proportions or colour.

Technical sheets, product copy and product data are for presenting and selling Vypers Vapes products. They can be used as they are or shortened, without changing the facts.

Personal data from the request is processed as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law.
